Here's something most study sites won't tell you: the tab you don't open matters as much as the one you do.
Your brain doesn't learn while you're staring at a screen. It learns afterward — when you're asleep, when you're walking to school, when you're doing literally nothing. Cramming five hours straight doesn't out-learn two focused hours and a proper break. It just feels more productive. It isn't.
So we built rest into the site, not as an afterthought, but on purpose.
Off-Day Sundays
Every Sunday, we don't publish anything new. No lesson, no puzzle, no prompt of the day. Instead, you'll find a single reflection — one small question, nothing to solve, nothing to submit. Some weeks it's "name one good thing from this week." Other weeks it's "look up from your phone for 30 seconds — what's there?"
That's it. That's the whole feature. A content site whose Sunday content asks you to stop consuming content.
Why we're serious about this
Every lesson on this site is designed to end — not to keep you scrolling for one more thing. We'd rather you finish one lesson properly and walk away than binge five and remember none of them. If a site is built to keep you online as long as possible, it's built for its own numbers, not for you. This one isn't.
One habit worth borrowing
Pick a stopping point before you start. When you get there, actually stop. Go outside, eat something, talk to a person in the room. Come back tomorrow. The work will still be there — and so will you, thinking more clearly
